Learning Session Three
For participants in the National Nursing Home Quality Care Collaborative, Lake Superior Quality Innovative Network has developed a how-to guide to help teams develop a QAPI Plan.
How-To Guide and accompanying materials:
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services “Reform of Requirement for Long-Term Care Facilities” requires that all LTC facilities develop, implement, and maintain an effective, comprehensive, data-driven Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) culture that improves resident outcomes and quality of life while involving all staff members in continuous improvement.
